DEPOSIT: A 30% deposit of the total amount charged is required to guarantee rental reservation. Balance must be received no less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Reservations made less than 60 prior to arrival date are to be paid in full at the time of initial reservation. Visa, Master and Amex Cards accepted. Personal, company, and cashier's cheques welcome.

REFUND/CANCELLATION: There will be a 5% service charge on all refunds. To obtain a refund, less service charge, cancellation must be made no less than 60 days prior to arrival date (90 days for Christmas & holiday reservations.) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date are nonrefundable, unless owners are able to secure a paid reservation for the same dates.
