    1) What are the wind conditions at the villa?
  • Wind conditions are mostly "seasonal",
    gentle trade winds most of the year.
    In the fall,winds are very light, which means warmer temperatures!

    1) What is direct beach access?
  • Only a two lane beach road lies between the home and
    lovely child/adult friendly beach.
    Exiting the home through the security gates,
    takes you to the beach!

    1) What do you mean by partial A/C?    
  • Room air conditioners are located in four of the six total bedrms--
    one in the Ohana and two in the 4 bedr. wing.

    2) Do we have to bring beach towels and/or beach chairs?

  • No, we furnish beach towels, but not beach chairs.
    Previous guests sometimes will leave beach chairs.
