For additional space a newly remodeled one bedr./one bath suite has been made available. It is located in the day-light basement portion of the home and it private to the main house. Excellent for extended family or larger groups. When rented (the suite) with the main house, the home will sleep 12-14 persons in bedrooms. Offering broadband internet connection. Bring your laptop!

It is advisable to book these services at the time your reservation is made, or as soon thereafter as possible.
DEPOSIT: A 30% deposit of the total amount charged is required to guarantee rental reservation. Balance must be received no less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Reservations made less than 60 prior to arrival date are to be paid in full at the time of initial reservation. Visa, Master Cards accepted. Personal, company, and cashier's cheques welcome.
REFUND/CANCELLATION: There will be a 5% service charge on all refunds. To obtain a refund, less service charge, cancellation must be made no less than 60 days prior to arrival date (90 days for Christmas & holiday reservations.) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date are nonrefundable, unless owners are able to secure a paid reservation for the same dates.
