This recently built 2700 s.f. Hawaiian style two wing home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths on the main wing (two of the bedrooms are spacious master suites), living room, dining room, kitchen, partial a/c (now in four of six bedrooms!), private decks, and laundry room.

On the other wing of the Guest House is the Ohana. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment which has its own living room containing a queen futon bed, colour t.v., kitchen, partial a/c, phone, private deck with view of pool and waterfall.

This versatile two home can be rented as a 4 or 6 bedroom home and is located across from a gorgeous two mile long white sand beach, which is a popular well known spot for wind surfing and swimming.

All of the aforementioned makes this affordable rental home - a dream come true.

Accommodates up to 9+ in the Guest House wing, and up to 4+ in the Ohana wing. Together, 17 people can be accommodated if utilizing hide-a-beds. Note: If the Guest House is rented without the 2 bedr. Ohana apartment, it is locked off and NOT rented to others.

The interior of this home has beautiful wood and beam cathedral ceilings, with fans. Mexican tile flooring graces the living room, dining room and hallway of the Guest House, and in the Ohana kitchen. Wall to wall carpeting throughout the rest of the home.

The home comes fully equipped with towels (including beach towels), linens, dishes, etc., T.V.'s, and VCR.

All of the bedrooms contain queen beds, and in the master suites there is an additional twin, or hide-a-bed. The master suites also have colour t.v.'s and private deck.

Guest House comes equipped with gas BBQ, laundry room, on premises parking, and electronic security gates.
